Washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Resort amenities include oceanfront pools, indoor/outdoor lazy river (seasonally enclosed), hot tub (seasonally enclosed), game room and fitness room. Carolinian Beach Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, The Skywheel, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Walk to restaurants, shops, and much more.
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.
Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.
Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.
We would like to inform you that the Lazy River at Carolinian Resort will be temporarily closed for replastering and water flow repairs from April 12th through April 24th

Location was great. Condo could use updates. Air conditioning was leaking, flooring coming up, and some electrical outlets didn’t work.

Had a family vacation with half of us from AZ and the other half from NC. The location was great, the room was big enough to fit our party of 7. The check in and out process was easy. Communication with the owner was easy. We had a little bit of things that needed attention with the room but the Communication was there and thankfully our guys knew how to temporarily fix the things so we could continue to enjoy our trip till the owner could get them taken care of, hopefully before the next tenant. Love that there is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds with a pull out sofa bed, balcony to see and enjoy the beach, the multiple pools lazy river and hot tub was great. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your resort home.

Property was nice good location. There are some things inside that need to be address. We are a family that enjoys cooking at least breakfast but the condition of the pots and pans would not allow that. Very rusty and should be replaced. Also the website for the
$$$$
