Situated in National City, this charming house for $504 per night is a great option for your next trip. This newly remodeled house is perfect for group trips or multiple families. My wife put a lot of effort to make this house as a resort -The guests can park up to 3 car on the driveway -Backyard with a hot tub, patio bar and TV -BBQ available upon request -Conveniently located less than 15 minutes away from most popular San Diego attractions. 12 Minutes to Downtown San Diego, Airport The space -Don't forget to add this listing to your wishlist by clicking on the heart. This house is -Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has been newly renovated and has all new appliances and fixtures. Our house can we can accommodate larger groups. -Lightening fast WiFi The backyard has been upgraded as well and there is plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors for kids and adults. For the adults, there is an outdoor patio bar in the backyard with a wine a beverage cooler where you can enjoy your drink of choice while watching sports or your favorite program on our 75 inch TV. For the kids, there is a playground that they can have fun playing with. -This beautifully remodeled home has an open concept living room and kitchen with spacious outdoor areas. Lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. -Quiet and safe neighborhood for those who are looking to relax. -A book shelf full of books and toys for kids -Atari arcade with lots of games -Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you'd need for cooking your own meals. We have a microwave, Ninja blender, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee machine. Cooking oil and 20 jar spice rack. -The living room has an extra large 75 inch smart TV. -Full size washer and dryer. -The amazing backyard has cushy patio furniture. -There is a BBQ grill available upon request - EV Charger (220V Level 2) available upon request for an extra additional fee - Jacuzzi available to use for an additional fee ($35/reservation) Guest access Guests who book the property will have the entire place all to themselves. You have complete access to everything on the property and make use of all of its amenities. The front and back yards are for your enjoyment as well as the playground in the backyard is for your kids to enjoy. We have a hot tub in the backyard which can be used for an additional fee of $35/reservation. Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street. The property is located a few minutes from San Diego bay and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 3 miles away. Other things to note We have a hot tub in the backyard which can be used for an additional fee of $35/reservation. Trash pick up occurs every Wednesday AM. Should your reservation fall on Tuesday we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street before Wednesday AM. Noise will be limited after 10:00 no matter what day of the week to respect the neighbors, no smoking will be allowed inside the house (there will be a fine if there is the smell of smoke found inside the house of $350) Registration number STR22-0132

This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. There are gas stations, coffee spots, grocery stores, taco shops, and freeway access. The home was set up just right. I loved that there was lots of space to spread out. We didn’t get to use the backyard as it was raining but I checked it out and it was awesome! With the casita bar and seating in the back it will definitely check all your boxes! I loves that there is a driveway with plenty of parking and the neighborhood is so quiet! I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for sharing your home, it was exactly what our family needed.
