About this villa rental
This the best time of the year to visit Tampa Bay! This is a fully renovated one bedroom one bathroom villa designed with a subdued coastal vibe. Surprisingly spacious and stocked with all necessities. A leisurely walk on the neighboring Pinellas trail will take you to the quaint downtown of Palm Harbor and beautiful sunsets at Crystal Beach. Utilize the provided bikes to reach the downtown of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs via the Pinellas Trail as well (20-30min bike ride). We are Superhosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. Walking distance to plenty of bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the outside is unassuming, this space is lovely inside and the location and price truly can’t be beat. You’re about 8 minutes from honeymoon island state park which is absolutely amazing for sunsets and beach days (and the pups can come too). We also took the time to visit nearby downtowns including Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, and Dunedin. Proximity to the pinellas trail was amazing, and there are loads of cute bars, coffee shops, and ice cream spots in walking distance. The bikes were a nice touch, though we noticed one of them could definitely use some maintenance. Paddle boarding on the causeway and the nearby cove are definitely must-dos. Overall an incredible location if you want a quiet beach getaway outside of the typical downtown Tampa/St. Pete hustle and bustle.

Had a great time! The location is fun with the bike trail right behind the property. Rent an e-bike from Tarpon Tom’s a short walk away. There are lots of fun places to walk to as well-Stilts brewery, Strachans ice cream, Thirsty Marlin, Fireside Pizza and some others we never got to try. The place is clean and comfortable. The owner even brought over bikes for us to use!!

Inside unit was clean and acceptable. It is one of four attached units and walls are thin, inside and out. Noise level is loud with construction across the street at night, and slamming neighbor doors. Owner was easy to contact and have a conversation with.
