Great little apartment. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very clean and had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, towels, coffee, etc.) Brita filter was missing, but water tasted fine. Comfy mattress. Comfortable temperature. We thought a light at the orange door may be good, but Delaware is generally a very safe place.

Everything was wonderful. The place was really nice and had everything that we needed. Everything was clean and very new. The location was great to walk to a bunch of different places. We had a great night here. Thanks!

Cute little apartment in downtown Delaware. The steps to get up to the apartment are very steep. Once in the apartment there is a well stocked kitchen area. You then have to go down two steps to get to a nicely appointed living room area. The futon was comfortable to sit on, there is a nice TV and table for eating. You then have to go down 4-6 more steps to get to the bedroom and bathroom. There is also a nice stacked washer and dryer in this room. The bathroom is small but nicely equipped with hooks, nice towels, and a nice shower head with good water pressure. The memory foam mattress is very firm but fine. The bed frame is a metal frame that sways and makes a lot of noise with every little movement. The bolts need tightened or frame replaced. The apartment is nicely decorated, has everything you need, and has lots of restaurants and shops near by. There is also parking across the street at the municipal building that is free on weekends. We ate diner at Opa and it was really good. The lock to get into the apartment was finicky. I messaged the owner for recommendations but never got a reply. Luckily we did not to get in contact for anything important.
