In central Woden, this spanking-new, ultra-modern warehouse-style apartment offers plenty of space for a one-bedroom unit. Featuring beautiful timber floors, soaring concrete ceilings, full-height double-glazed windows, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a King-size bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Enjoy a secure undercover car space, plus access to a rooftop outdoor pool and BBQ areas. Great location in the heart of Woden, close to pubs, restaurants, cafes, and right next to Westfield Woden.
The Alexander apartment building was once a large office block for Canberra public servants. After sitting derelict for several years, it has been transformed into beautiful warehouse-style apartments. Expect exposed concrete, brickwork, and high ceilings throughout. It’s truly a unique find in Canberra! The building also features a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities, shared with other residents and guests.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, heating, and cooling. The Smart TV allows you to access your personal streaming accounts.
The Woden bus interchange is just a 5-minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Canberra. Westfield Woden is also right next door. The apartment includes one secure car space, making it easy to arrive by car. There is also unrestricted street parking nearby on weeknights and weekends, as well as some free 2-hour parking in front of the building.
The apartment is wheelchair-friendly, with ramp access in and out of the building and lift access from the ground level to the apartment.
