Maximizing your time on the area's waterways, bring your own boat or jet ski as the home is one canal over from the intercoastal waterway and has a private boat dock. When you aren't gliding across the gleaming water, host an entertaining afternoon for your loved ones amongst the backyard's heated pool, tiki bar, gas grill, and outdoor games. When you'd prefer to do some sightseeing, hop on the provided bikes and explore Saint Augustine's numerous parks, restaurants, and shops. When you need a break from the sun, the air-conditioned interior of your retreat will welcome you with open arms. Updated and bright, the spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. When you aren't tuned into your favorite show or movie, engage in some playful competition over a board game. Steps away, the home's full kitchen boasts all of the amenities you need to whip up delicious dishes including a full suite of appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, and a microwave. After indulging in your culinary creations, head for the nine-foot shuffleboard, dartboard, and Miss Pac-Man machine in the game room. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, you'll be pleased to find a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. A restful night's slumber is guaranteed as you tuck under the soft linens in each of the four bedrooms come nightfall. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests can bring their own boat or jet ski up to 26 feet. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. What an amazing home, we came to enjoy the Florida sunshine, but the weather didn’t cooperate, and thankfully this home was very accommodating. The heated pool, the game room and huge tv’s everywhere made it an amazing and enjoyable experience. Definitely booking again!

"Our recent stay at Salty Air Retreat was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment. We could not have been happier with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The location can’t be beat! Nice quiet street, with the heated pool and a nice walk to the beach! The game room for the kids was a big hit. We hung out in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed the tiki hut! We are already looking forward to a return stay.

Loved the backyard! Great pool and terrific bar with tv to watch football games. Enjoyed the provided cornhole, grill and bikes. Sat by the firepit many nights and enjoyed the water. House was very clean.

Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed staying at the salty air retreat! There’s so many fun amenities and the location is outstanding! The house was spotless and had everything you could ever need to create family memories to last a lifetime. From enjoying epic sunsets from the heated pool to watching sports at the tiki bar and having a fire going in the fire pit you won’t ever want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The place is located just by the beach on a beautiful canal. There was a plethora of activities we were able to do like swimming in the pool, playing table shuffleboard and darts in the game room, and drinking beers at the tiki bar while we watched Sunday night football! The whole house was well furnished and spacious. There was obviously a lot of thought put into the decor and feng shui. We were even given a list of things to do in the area and great places to eat at. The salty retreat was the perfect place for our families to Stay at for our vacation.
