About this house rental
Nestled in Butler Beach, this lovely house for $423 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Ocean Views abound at this fabulous 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach home with room for eleven guests! Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the water while sipping coffee on the third story deck then stroll across the boardwalk to the beach just steps from the home. Two separate living rooms give the whole family space to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach. Conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in St. Augustine Beach and 15 minutes from Downtown St. Augustine. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during stay. Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider. Property managed by Elite Vacation Rentals - Providing local, full service, concierge services to our guests including beach & baby item delivery, grocery stocking, and more! Inquire for more details about any of our add on services. We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help. Guests will have private access to the entire home minus a locked closet. The primary suite, kitchen & main living room are on the 3rd floor. Everything else is on the 2nd floor. Bedroom Layout: 1 - King Primary Suite 2 - Queen 3 - Queen 4 - Twin Over Full Bunk & Sofa Bed

Nice house with great layout and location. Having the master bedroom on a different level than the other bedrooms and two living rooms made it easier for our older children to stay up later than us and feel like they had their own space.

One of the reasons we chose this location was because we wanted to be close to the beach. It did not disappoint with only a short walk to the boardwalk and easy beach access. The view of the water from the top floor was nice as well. There was plenty of room for nine adults and an infant. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable in all rooms.
We loved going into Saint Augustine. There was history, great food, and beautiful sights. We would definitely stay again.

House is very clean, stocked, and comfy. Beach is only a short walk (2 min). Location is just far away for privacy but close enough for groceries, restaurants, and all other needs and comforts. Only 20 minutes or so drive away from downtown St Augustine.

The house is beautiful and loved being so close to the beach. The view from the upper deck is breathtaking. If you are a early bird you can see a beautiful sunrise right from the comfort of the house!

This is an ideal beach house for a family. The public beach is adjacent to the property. There are restaurants right down the street. Perfect stay!

Myself and 4 friends stayed at this property for a five day getaway. The property was as described. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Walkable to beach each morning and a short distance to historic St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Loved this place, walking distance to the beach. So close we would go out in the morning. Come back to the house to make lunch, then walk back to the beach. House was nice and clean. Beautiful master bedroom upstairs and with the bedrooms downstairs and another living room adults could play games upstairs while kids slept downstairs. Amy was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my questions. I would stay here again. Also a beautiful Beach!

Our family checked in on Sunday for a stay until Thursday. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cut our vacation short by one day. However, we enjoyed the time we had there, spending all day Monday on the beach, which was just a short walk away with no streets to cross. The house was as advertised - very nice and clean! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-furnished. I would go there again.

This house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was a super convenient location to several restaurants and stores and only about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The house is even closer to the beach than the pictures make it seem, which was great for us with our small kids who require a lot of stuff to make a beach trip successful. We were so impressed at how well stocked the house was with essentials for cooking, even offering spices. We would definitely stay again!
