Great location, only about 8 minutes from the Colosseum! The building is nice, the place was very clean, and the area felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The location, the host response and availability and the quietness of the house despite being right in the middle of the center.
The sheets are extremely old. Please change them as they are really really old and out of use and provide at least one set of spare sheets for each room. The big towels are ok but the small towels are also very old and not nice to use anymore.
There is one bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet, therefore all six of us had to use the same shower in turn in the evening.
The property can accommodate 6 people but if you want to gather in the living room in the evening there only one two seater sofa and no chairs or armchairs to sit on for the rest.

Good location. Decent apartment in most ways
There was a loud electronic buzz that warbled occasionally, coming from an electrical box near the ceiling next to the door. Strangely the buzzing sound got louder at times and softer at others, and seemed to be related to running electricity (lights, etc.) in our apartment and perhaps other nearby apartments.
Due to this issue, we ended up requesting and receiving cancellation for the 2nd day and went somewhere else
