The property is well located and very green which is pretty, the pool is really beautiful. The staff were very attentive, and we really enjoyed the breakfast here, it was really good. It was very clean and the rooms are well equipped with everything you need.
We liked everything

The room was nice and spacious with a kitchen and microwave. Bed was very comfortable and of great size.
The fact that there were several buildings but they weren’t connected via a covered walkway especially being in Phuket, where the rainy weather can be quite severe. Our room was in building C which we had to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the lift lobby to get to our room.

Second time staying at this property. Simply beautiful on the inside.
The one thing I did not like was my view from building C. For some reason I am always in that block.

kids club, shuttle service, main pool especially the toddler section, high chair/utensils for kids at breakfast
Constant noise from construction. Outdoor gym being closed. Lack of general communication after checking in
