The staff were excellent
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet
We ate at the resort and loved the Azzurra Restaurant
Under heavy construction and renovation. Only one pool open. It was like being on a construction site. We were told they were renovating BUT they failed to mention the extent of renovations. The gym is not as big as the website makes out. Also, we got oil on our feet from beach.

Beautiful resort with great activities for the whole family. Accommodation is great and comfortable and the Thai theme throughout is beautiful. Many great restaurants all with fantastic food options.
We had a guest that is Celiac and the staff went above and beyond to provide gluten free meals - much appreciated.
Our booking was end of July (low season) and the resort was undergoing major maintenance. This is understandable however, if we were advised accordingly, we would not have been taken by surprise and avoided disappointment. The amazing lagoon pool (main reason we booked) was closed and lots of the accommodation blocks were under complete reconstruction. Meaning we heard building noise, trucks etc. all day long. The hotel did try and accommodate us on the last day of our stay by allowing entry to neighboring hotels, but that should have been offered from day one.
