Glad I only had to stay here for 2 nights.

Looks nice from the outside, nice rooftop pool with lovely views, surin is a really nice area too would definitely stay in the area again.

There are no cushions on any of the sun loungers which made them very uncomfortable. Additionally there are not many sun loungers. The hotel does not provide pool or beach towels which is inconvenient. There are no shower facilities to use if you have a late flight after checking out- only the showers by the pool. The hotel was not very clean at all. Windows and lifts in the hotel building were filthy. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned for a while. Our room was not cleaned, we were only given new towels and the bed re-made.

Тщательнее убирать номер и делать влажную уборку. Чаще менять полотенца и постельное белье.

Большой номер,наличие полноценного холодильника, удобная кровать,вид на море, бассейн.

Уборка номера ужасна. Замена полотенец и постельного белья только после просьбы к персоналу. В номере 2 раза были обнаружены и пойманы большие тараканы. Отсутствие в апартаментах кухонной посуды, СВЧ.

Für 1 Woche OK, aber für länger nicht.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Surin Beach. Dieser kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Dennoch ist es ideal, wenn man ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung hat, damit man auch andere Strände besuchen kann.

Hotelpersonal spricht praktisch kein englisch. Verständigung war sehr mühsam. Die Strandtücher musste man jeden Tag neu bestellen, manchmal klappte es, manchmal nicht. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr "russen-lastig". 95 % der Hotelgäste kommen aus Russland. Diese Personen verhalten sich gegenüber dem Hotelpersonal und den anderen Gästen sehr arrogant und unfreundlich.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mida, roof top pool was excellent

Lovely hotel, rooms and facilities really nice.

In short it was the worst experience i had in a hotel.

Hotel lied about ability to arrange transport from airport leaving us waiting for them for more than half an hour while trying to reach them with no avail. When eventually someone picked up they told us to sort it out ourselves even though only a few hours before we had agreed someone would be waiting for us Rude staff all hotel services were delayed

Its not a 5 star hotel, but Its ok apartments

Large apartment complex, looks great, swimming pools, varied good breakfast. Quick early check-in (12 noon). Staff responded quickly to requests for towels and bedding for the child. Cool pools on the roof, but a lot of trash in the area. Acceptable for 4 nights, not worth more.

The room was for three people, but 3rd set of towels, water and the bed were not prepared in advance. Room = studio, absolutely not meant to accommodate 2+1 or more, incredibly cramped with the sofa constantly spread out. Lots of extra furniture, tables, table chairs, kitchen! Closet in the bathroom = everything is constantly damp. The air conditioning did not work well and the phone did not work, to which I was told try tomorrow may be it will suddenly work) I had to call at 6am to check out from the corridor. Disgusting coffee for breakfast. Inattentive and sometimes poor English speaking reception staff. Requests were fulfilled but they took a long time to explain. You can not do anything in this hotel without transportation, the beach is far away, the driveway is very long and hilly. The garbage on the hotel grounds is selectively removed. Both the apartment residents and the hotel residents throw away garbage wherever they like. There were glasses of the vaunted Starbucks in the elevator lobby 4 out of 4 days.

Кухня нужна , что бы есть , в ней необходимы , ножи и вилки , кругом пыль с тумбочки ее ни разу не вытерли !

Грязно , нет ни одной тарелки и это в апартаментах , полотенца меняют странно в основном только большого размера , маленькие кладут раз в неделю , пляжные полотенца за месяц ни поменяли ни разу , отель не соответствует своей цене вообще

Не понравилось что персонал плохо убирает в номере,не меняют постельное,на вопрос о продлении номера отвечают что не знают цены и не могут сказать

Relaxing Stay. Great Location.

We stayed in a ocean view 2BR apt as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apt was very clean and somewhat spacious. We had a good view of the ocean, and even better view of the NYE fireworks on Surin Beach. The facilities at the resort was good with a rooftop pool and a ground level pool. The gym was a tad limited in terms of equipment but can be worked around by going in early. The staff were fantastic. Location was also great with a short walk to the shops and beach, though it is a very steep hike from the entrance to all the residential blocks.

For an apartment, there was a very limited supply of kitchen utensils. Even basic stuff like dishwashing liquid was absent. We had a constant battle with widespread ants.

Месторасположение на горе, необходим свой транспорт, у нас была машина, Плохие и не вкусные завтраки Плохая уборка номеров На 5 звезд не тянет

Nice Family Hotel

The Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast selection was small however we had Halal option available. The Hotel has several buildings, and each has a pool that was accessible to us. Kids pool wad nice with a small sliding/playing area.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite through booking and choose the 4 beds option, however instead we got 2 double beds. For 2 adults and 4 kids, the room was quite small. We had to let my 6 year old son sleep on the couch. Kids club was very small and whenever we visited, there wasn't any staff to attend the children.

extraordinary hotel

it was good experience to stay in this charm hotel as it was a quite and has got alternative choices from its buffet and wellcome staff. l would like to repeat staying again in the future.

but there is a little bit awaited at collect zoom in front of all dropping points by electric cars and it should be more fleet of it.

Fantastic honeymoon trip

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The hotel location is excellent and the room is comfortable and elegantly designed. We had a great sunset time at the rooftop pool with beautiful ocean view and we enjoyed the starbucks coffee too.
