Staff is friendly, the breakfast was good enough with different options, 2 pool and not much people swiming, it's relativly calm, shops, and other amenities are not far at all.
Red flag on the beach, but this is not a thin that the hotel can change

Outstanding service! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - quality, quantity and variety. Beautiful clean swimming pools. Excellent app for communication and requests. Great attention to maintenance.

Well presented and tidy facilities. Good size bathroom and bedrooms. Surin Beach about 200 m across the road from the hotel.
The stairs to our bedroom were step, only two small flight’s.

The hotel is good but the rooms are far and you have to walk up and down with the bags since there are no elevators
the bed sheets didnt look like they were changed, spotted few hairs
