We have been to the Surin several times and it won‘t be our last 😃
The resort is perfectly managed. Been there before, we noticed the effort to perfect even the smallest details. The whole staff is very attentive, is making you feel at home and is giving their best to ensure you a relaxing stay.
For example we requested specific beach beds with the most shade possible due to medical reasons. First thing when we arrived a manager checked on us if the beds are suitable.
Another thing I would like to mention is that a staff member correctly handled the situation of two unattended young children playing at the gym, by showing them out. I have seen in the past that the very nice Thai people don‘t always enforce the rules with their guests.

The Surin looked beautiful on their page and it lived up to the images. Beautiful well maintained rooms and ammenities. Amazing food. Views to die for. Lovely staff.
