New, clean, facilities and very good breakfast and restaurant
Hotel gives you towel cards to exchange for towels in the poolside. Need to get rid of this super old system. Trust is better than inconvenience.

Kind staff. Clean. Breakfast was good, at least for me. Has a kindergarten.
Not by walking distance to the center and as I have seen there were no market nearby. But hotel has a free shuttle to the city in certain hours in a day.
I suggest to pay attention to the sea wave condition which in certain period it will not be possible to swim.

For check in, we do not need to que in counter. Their staff let us sit in the lobby,took our passports and let front desk process the things. The guy briefed every thing about the hotel except free shuttle service and even escorted us uptill our room which is rare. Top quality fittings and fixtures are used every where. Furniture is also luxurious.
The hotel is although new but poorly managed. The facade is dusty giving feeling of a 10 year old hotel. How come you leave it in this condition? Carpet piece or rug in our both rooms were dirty. Stain on curtains were visible. Towels were either stained or had tears. Remote control of curtain in one room was not functional. It seems that no one is looking after the hotel. 0 marks to their facility management team. I felt dissappointed at the end.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean we had a great sleep! The facilities were well kept too.
The location was a bit annoying as it was far away from the main area and close to lot’s of construction sites. However, the resort offered a free shuttle service which is great for travelling to and from.
