Our 3 bedroom villa was magical. We loved the beach club and the food was top tier!
For the money we spent customer service should have been much better. We had to request a room attendant when the room already came with one and missed two days without one.

We booked two beautiful private pool villas. The resort was elegant and luxurious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Service was excellent, especially the fast buggy service and prompt beach shuttle.

I liked the room and the pool
It was very disorganized with the buggy service and understaffed. Banyan tree Bangkok was so much better
