property looks old and tired. with a complete renovation it would look stunning with a great location.

Superb

We chose this hotel for the location/access to the beach, the private pool, the view onto the beach and large size of apartment with cooking facilities, which all proved to be as stated on the website. The loungeroom was especially massive! Staff were very curtious and helpful, breakfast was huge with a great variety of options. Thoroughly enjoyed! We also enjoyed our complimentary arrival fruit basket in our room, a lovely touch. The main pool area was the perfect place to hang out after we checked out waiting for our airport pick up and the health club facilities were great to freshen up before heading off. Thank you!

We did not realise that the Laguna complex was almost a gated communuty, so separate from daily Thai life. Hence the location to nearest convenience store/shops a good 1-2km away, a taxi up to the very western style Boat Avenue was skipped. There is NO local shop available to purchase snacks/drinks, you have to rely on the hotel or beach clubs nearby which are overinflated prices. Thankfully the reception staff pointed us to the local Family Mart (7/11) a 20 min walk away to take advantage of reasonable prices. There are a small number of beach restaurants nearby for dinner options which were delicious and stunning for sunset but sad to see beach with so much plastic rubbish throughout. No swimming available at these beaches, more for walks and sunset viewing.

Not very present, will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is good. Parking is easy.

Many design traps in hotel room and public areas: 1. End corners of bed stick out with sharp corners. Easy to walk into the corners especially in the dark. My husband walked into them twice leaving 2 deep wounds on his shin. 2. Toilet area in bathroom is one step down from bathroom floor with no clear marking. I knocked into it nearly bursting my toe. 3. There are more than 10 steps going up to floor where there is elevator to residence floor. These steps were not adequately lit up at night especially for the lowest 3 steps. 4. Exhaust fan above stove in kitchen area is same height as average male. Again very easy to walk into it. In addition the hotel reception staff promised to send copy of my credit card chit for the deposit they charged me on check in to show that the amount had not been charged. So far I have not received their email. Check out was 11 May and today is 13 May.

Exceptional

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Spacious, clean and impressive room interior. Near beach access. Good selection of breakfast buffet.

Pool closes early. Quite a trip to town centre but this means peace and quiet for your stay.

Great stay

Exclusive, warm and friendly staff. Restaurant was good and the peace / quiet was excellent. It was extremely accessible to a lot of places.

Nice location with family compared to neighbouring sites. Good staff and friendly management.

Location of the hotel though is not directly on the beach but it is accessible just across a small quiet side road. Advantage with this is the villa is more quiet and away from curious eyes. Pool in private villa can be use even if raining during rainy seasons. Private pool size is quite big and the main pool is long and big. Breakfast spread is good. Good size hotel, not too big so not too many guests, big enough to offer sufficient facilities.

Furniture in the pool villa is pretty run down and living room a bit barren. As we are a family with adult kids, it is not convenient at all that the 2nd bedroom does not offer option of 2 beds. It is nearly impossible to sleep in the sofa bed in living room as the shades are not sufficient to block out daylight.

It was an excellent short break and the resort is the great place if you want privacy.

the 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and we was upgraded to sea view unit which was just wonderful

The breakfast could have been better if they have variety to choose from.

Spacious and quiet place to relax.

the staff were friendly and can speak well. they made us feel at ease. it was quiet and peaceful.

the housekeeping wasn’t up to what we expected. we had to remind them to do housekeeping before we go out. they used the same mop for the whole place even to the balcony. they can improve on the quality of the food. it’s kinda of disappointing.

I like facility. Ladies in front desk they are really helpful and cooperative

Loca6is too far from batong beach. Receptionist LEO is not really cooperative at all. Towels are too old. Breakfast is not really good it doesn't contain variant food .

Very good hotel, facilities, and staff

We had a villa with private swimming pool, it was very nice. Housekeeping was great, spotless cleaning and refill of room amenities. Breakfast is good, but they might add few international items. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service by staff. Nice Pool. Beach access was convenient. Lovely breakfast.

It is not near any night market or city.

Exceptional

Staff was very helpful. Hotel area was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were amazing as well. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

The only thing was that the private pool water was very cold so we didnt use it. Probably due to off-season / not very good weather when we visited it.

Excellent Resort to relax

I had stayed 3 nights and I like the facility, receptionists (Ladies) and restaurant staff were really great and cooperative and have very good behaviour. Room was really wide enough and it was a amazing.

I don't like the location which was very far from Patong beach almost 40 minutes a way by car. Receptionist Mr. Leo was not cooperative. House keeping staff really was not really good they didn't changed the bed sheet during my stay there and they didn't put shampoo and others needed items for shower for the following days.

Pool area is very impressive. Access to the beach within 30 metres. Breakfast is exceptional along with the service and staff. In general it's a very beautiful small resort, and if you want your own corner of the island with peace and quiet, this is the one

While the rooms are enormous, they are also a bit beaten up in places and could use some attention. Gym area was great but was let down by the plunge pools being out of service, and some of the gym gear being non-operational
