The location can't be beat. It's right on the beach which is perfect when you just want to go there directly from your room. There are two huge swimming pools. The neighborhood has all the basics you need - restaurants, convenience stores, even a decent sized supermarket nearby. Traffic to Phuket town or other beaches is always trouble but you don't really need to leave as everything you need is right here. At this price range, this is the best you can get.
There was a lot of humidity in the room until we found the right settings for A/C.
Traffic in Phuket is horrendous, as it seems to be in all of Thailand, but that is not the hotel's fault. Just be advised that a trip to another beach or the town will likely take a long time.

Hotel generally and my room was OK although a little dated. Pool areas were nice with lots of loungers. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Lack of elevator and being on the third floor. Our room could not have been further away from reception and breakfast etc. It is a ridiculously long walk around all the pools to get there in the rain.
