The location was very central and trattorias in the neighbourhood were excellent. The room was a little oasis in an otherwise quite chaotic and crowded area, but we knew this would be the case. The room was very clean and well decorated. The extra living area with a fridge, coffee machine and closet made a big difference. There is also a nice common area of these rooms with a kettle, and tea.
Access to the building was via an old gate through a dark courtyard and up three flights of stairs. There was no signs showing where to go and at night it was quite dark and unnerving.
The mattress was not comfortable, it dipped in the middle which suggests that there was something wrong with the bed slats.

It's in a great location, near the main shopping streets and restaurants, but quiet and not too close to the all the noisy parts. It was a huge room, very clean, excellent air conditioning and comfortable bed. Entry and exit was very easy IF you have data/4G. Once inside, the WiFi was good.
It's not hotel and that's not made clear. It's in a residential building, so if like me you're avoiding AirBnB and similar due to the impact it has the local housing economy, you don't want to stay here. It's like an AirBnB but only one room with no kitchenette.
