Modern and compared to its size the spaces are well organized
Although there is a washing mashine, the apartment really lacks a proper hanger for the clothes.

最近は民泊形式のホテルを利用しています。通常のホテルだと、ホテル職員や人様と顔を合わせる場面があって気疲れすることがありますし、朝10時には一旦部屋を空ける必要もあるので、落ち着きません。でも、民泊形式だと気疲れないので、自宅にいる感じでリラックスできます。D-WASEDA はアパートをホテルに転用した感じの宿泊施設で、キッチンや洗濯機もありますので、食費を抑えられますし、着替えの持参も少なくて済みます。快適でした。
D-WASEDAの201号室には細長い部屋に大き目のベッドが設置されています（動線上にベッドの角がある）ので、部屋の中で移動するときに、脛をぶつけてしまいがちでした。でも、ぐっすりと眠れますので、快適な居心地です。

静かなところ。
荷物が重いうえにエレベーターなしでお部屋が5階だったため大変困りました。
