This place is really calm and quiet and comfortable,most importantly the owner is such a friendly,kind and helpful person.we had everything we needed and helped us with anything we asked for.we would definitely recommend this place to others.

I liked that Kathir Guest House was a spacious place to stay, with convenient shared kitchen facilities that made it easy to prepare my own meals. The A/C kept the room cool and comfortable, and the beds were great for a restful night’s sleep. The owner was also very helpful, which made the overall stay even more enjoyable.
I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly owner.
No coverlets and towels and we had to ask for them and got poor quality linen. Small bed sheets and small towels .

Room was very clean, spacious and linen also good and clean.
Location is good. Very near to KKS Railway station.
Very calm & quite environment and feeling like in a Village
Bathroom is not clean and didnt like it at all. Many dirt marks and also shower was not working properly.
