Very comfortable apartment. Lovely bathroom.
We were locked out of the building.
To get to the apartment building from the street you had to use your mobile phone to go to a website and click open on a picture. This opened the gate from the street. You had to do the same to get into the apartment building.
Once you were in the apartment building you had to enter a ten digit cod into the apartment door handle to open the door. This was difficult at night because there was no light.
When we first arrived we got in from the street and into the apartment building using the website. But on subsequent occasions we were locked out because the website opening procedure did not work.
We contacted the owner immediately who sent a text with a picture showing the gate from the street which was supposed to have a key pad to enter a pin that would allow access. This was not correct and we were locked out from the first evening of our stay. The owner's phone was not answered after 18.00 and didn't allow leaving a message. We sent a text which was answered the following morning. Fortunately a residents let us in.
Communication with the owner was very poor. I didn't receive a request to check in until the day of arrival when I was at Gatwick Airport. The owner said he had sent a request by WhatsApp some days earlier but this was useless because I don't have WhatsApp and the agreed contact was via email or text.
Subsequent communication was equally bad. The owner was unable to get us into the apartment when we were locked out.
Unless you can be completely confident that you won't be locked out this is an apartment to avoid.
