Horrible experience.
Nothing .
Everything was wrong in that apartment. I booked based on facilities it was suppose to have. The kitchen was useless. There was no lighter to lit the stove. The sink was already blocked. There was no tissue , dish soap , sponge to clean dishes. Only one tissue roll in toilet . I bought these things myself so I could use the kitchen including lighter for stove. Then I used washing Maschine and all water came out from sink and was on floor . I cleaned the floor . It was torture to stay there. I already left the apartment a day before my checkout. The apartment is not livable at all. Btw I also need my invoice for office as it was a business trip. I have already asked and sent emails . So far I also didn’t get an invoice. Let see if I get it…..

Extremely disappointing experience – avoid if you need any post-stay support
Location is good, near a pedestrian zone and good train connection.
The stay itself was acceptable — but everything that happened after ruined the entire experience.
I booked this apartment for a business trip and made it very clear from the beginning (in the booking notes, by email, and again through their check-in form) that I needed a proper invoice on the company-name for the accommodation. I repeated this request three times before arriving.
Despite this, the management company — Cleanbnb Real Estate S.r.l. — completely ignored my request. They issued an incorrect invoice with the wrong amount and on the wrong name (my name, not company name), and then simply stopped responding. I sent multiple emails to fix the mistake, with no resolution,
I escalated the issue to Booking.com, who gave them 48 hours to solve it. Still nothing. No communication, no resolution. I had to open a formal complaint with the Guardia di Finanza (Italian tax police), because this is not just poor customer service — it’s a serious issue of fiscal non-compliance.
I have booked dozens of stays across Europe for business, and this is by far the worst post-stay experience I’ve ever had. The attitude is careless and unprofessional. If you’re traveling for business or need an invoice for your company — stay far away from this property. You may end up wasting time, money, and energy chasing something that should be standard practice. Now i have to pay it myself, since the expense is not deductible for the company. Hence the value rating.
Absolutely not recommended.
