Only suitable for 3 people maximum .

Location..although Milan can easily be walked around. Any apartment within 20 minutes of the Cathedral would be a good location Washing Machine had a quick wash Communication- quick response clearly a management company not a sympathetic landlord who just wants to help.

The broken sofa bed ( having problems and poor reviews since 2025) wasn't fixed when we reported it as the technician who saw it said it was " sleepafar to small for 5ble" it is broken. You slide down bed in a dip. It creaks continually . There is no where to put your clothing in the lounge ( sofabed) or the small bedroom.Plenty in double bedroom but who wants to keep disturbing others to get a t shirt or pair of socks! There is a desk in the small bed room up against the bed and wall .no idea how youre suppose to use it. Apartment is not ideal for anyone tall. We all banged our heads throughout the stay.and we.re all under 5ft 9 The accommodation is far too small for 5. If you notice in the professional photos the table is only ever set for 3. There are wires all over the apartment and extention cables. The clothes airer is inadeqate for 4 never mind 5. The bath is tiny. Short and narrow ..and as the sign says you cannot have more than 2 showers without a 30 minute wait. Although you have to climb into the bath for a shower there is no bathmat or rail. We all struggled. The steps up to the room are clearly mentioned but its a climb. The building photo , just shown on the roof . is .the attic room . The internet information is clearly displayed..but is wrong. ( Another review talks about it but nothing done) You are asked to wash all dishes and put away before leaving but there is no tea towel. You are asked to take all the rubbish down the 4 flights of stairs when you leave. During a night storm the main bedroom got rained in. Thete is a sandwich maker but no toaster The management company responded quickly but actually nothing apart from turning a locked cupboard light off got done. This was our experience... regardless of how the all about the money management company now reply.

Was good, but hot.

Location was very good. Close to everything. Food and your doorstep. Communication from host was quick.

€50 for a one hour early check-in seems excessive. It was 38°C and we were desperate to escape the heat and the room was ready so why not just let us in? Air con once we got in was not on so room was very warm. Air con was limited so it took a day to make.the room 26°C (never got lower than that) which made sleeping a little sweaty. A pedestal fan would have helped during summer.

It suited us alright for our business trip. Location wise.

Shower was hot.

Top floor no lift! Sofa bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the floor. The smaller bedroom lights weren’t working.

Aproape de metrou si restaurante. Centru orasului la 15 min Zona foarte frumoasa!

9 / 10Outstanding·Aug 2026

Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug.
