You get what you pay for. The location alone makes it worth the money. It’s quite a low price for a central city apartment, especially a full unit and not a studio. It’s also equipped with air conditioners which are much needed for the summer heat. Basic kitchen appliances are provided, and the bedroom and living room are nicely decorated. The balcony offers a nice view of the skyscraper which blends with the sunset beautifully. The elevator and doorbell system make going in and out smooth. Even with its issues I’d recommend this apartment for its low price.
A few of the light switches don’t work, as does the ac in the bedroom. The ac in the living room does work, but the remote is very limiting, only allowing you to change temperature and to cold or hot air, not fan speed or a timer which is very annoying for sleeping at night. The cleanliness could have been more thorough, as there was a small smudge on my pillow and the cleaners seem to have forgotten to empty the kettle because it had leftover liquid inside it when we arrived. The shower has very low water pressure and its holder can barely keep it up straight.

Локация, очень удобно до пляжа и до магазинов и кафе.
Время заезда - с 15:00. Мы прилетели пораньше и обратились с просьбой заехать пораньше, но нам не разрешили.
На фото объект указан как двухкомнатный, с отдельной гостиной и диваном, я попросил постельное белье для дивана, так как жил с братом и спать в кровати вместе неудобно нам. Но мне отказали - сказали что диван не является спальным местом.

Good apartments in the almost center of Limassol, but in a quiet quarter. Just 5 min. walk to the promenade. Comfortable bed, fresh bed linens, air con - everything needed for a comfortable stay. Reserved parking place was a big plus.
The rather limited choice of kitchenware did not allow me to cook at home. I had to limit myself to yogurts for breakfast and go to nearby taverns for dinner; fortunately, there were many nearby. The exact location of the allocated parking space was communicated with some delay, so on the first day I parked in someone else's (I hope it was not a big problem for the neighbors as there were many free spaces in the house parking lot)

Хорошее расположение.
Квартира оказалась довольно грязной. Нам на 4 ночи выдали только по одному полотенцу для душа и по одному для лица. Полотенца ужасно пахли тухлым. В душе тоже был неприятный запах. Возможно это из-за шторки, которая по нижнему краю была вся коричневая от гнили.
Нет шампуня, а лишь «гель для душа», который идентичный с мылом для рук. Тут напрашивается вывод, что мыть волосы и тело нам предлагают мылом для рук.
В квартире есть полноценная кухня, но ту мы сильно разочаровались. Есть капсульная кофе машина - нет капсул. Купили, а оказалось, что они нестандартного размера :) ну в этом наверное наш косяк. Чтобы выпить чай или кофе, нет в квартире ни чая, ни сахара.
Есть плита, сковородка - но нет ни масла, ни соли даже. То есть чтобы нам приготовить 1-2 ужина и выпить чаю, нам пришлось купить в этот дом и сахар, и масло, и соль.
Нет даже ножа нормального или доски. В общем, не рассчитываете там готовить. Максимум - что-то разогреть в микроволновке.
Посуда с пятнами, единственная кружка обычного размера - с трещиной и течет. Зачем ее там хранить - не ясно.
Ах да, купите и целую пачку порошка, если вы увидели, что там есть стиральная машина и рассчитываете хоть раз постирать вещи.
Пол в квартире был весь липкий. Благо у нас были тапочки с собой, подошва которых кстати уже на второй день была черная. Это многое говорит о чистоте.
