This is a very comfortable two bedroom apartment, which faces south so the sun fills the space with good light. The outdoor balcony is a nice place to have drinks in the evening or breakfast in the morning. The kitchen has very nice (Miele) appliances and a good selection of utensils. The apartment requires key entry to the foyer downstairs which also serves as a key to the elevator; a second key is used for the door, so security is very good. The apartment is located on the 72 tram line and very close to the Gardiner train. Communications in advance with the property management firm were excellent. They were very responsive and helpful.
