The location is good, comfy bed, self check-in.
It was a bit dirty. The dining table was not cleaned at all. Small pieces of food and sticky marks were there.

I needed accommodation in this location with a place to work and that's what I got. Noli has a very nicely organized coworking space, work rooms, tables, I also saw monitors (though I think you need your own cable). The room itself is well equipped, tidy and clean. There's also a shared kitchen and gym. Definitely a good place if you're choosing it for a business trip / remote work from Warsaw.
The room was clean, but the sink was clogged and water collected in it quickly. Additionally the shower had very low water pressure.
What disappointed me though was the breakfast. The Booking profile has no information that it's catering delivered to the room. I don't know where I'd have to dig to find this clearly described... I also received no information by email beforehand. Only when I asked what breakfast looks like was I told it's catering and that I have options to choose from.
For 60 PLN we get a sandwich, an apple, granola and water. Maybe I'm picky but when I book accommodation with breakfast included I expect... coffee. Meanwhile there is coffee, downstairs, in the common area, at an additional cost. You get self-service coffee from a regular machine in a cardboard cup at café prices. Shame.
