Great apartment with a lot of space and modern and quality facilities housed in Manchester's typical old building provided a beautiful blend adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The bedroom window allowed some road noise to seep through at night - especially when high-speed and police vehicles zoomed past. I am sure this can be fixed.

Really great Apartment, modern, clean the 2 bathrooms were fab. We stayed for a girls 50th Birthday and we found all we needed.
The Host Theresa was so helpful with any of the enquires we made, very responsive. 😊
There is a Tesco Express across the road and we found the most amazing cafe around the corner called Cali’s👌

A highly recommended apartment in a great location in the city center. It's beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The hosts, Theresa and Kevin, are caring and helpful

The property had two bedrooms so our family could stay together in one place.
Our stay at The Hive was less than expected.
When we arrived, the window in one bedroom was ajar and had no handles to completely close the window. We sent pictures to the Hive. We closed the window as best we could and used the additional heating. The room remained drafty for our entire stay.
The apartment amenities listed a washing machine. We ran one load successfully. The next load we put in were the stained linens from the bed. The washer stopped mid cycle. No power. Done. I notified the Hive. And the remedy was to deliver a new set of linens the following day. We had no linens to sleep on. That was unacceptable so I purchased a set for use and left them at the apartment.
The house rules of noise were not followed by the neighbor below. We informed the Hive through message. And Kevin told us that he had been informed. The loud music started around 10:30 pm and continued through 9:30am the next morning when we left for the day. The security system that the Hive said was in place was not functioning in the offending unit or being ignored.
Kevin was responsive and apologetic. However is is clear the Hive in this instance did not have sufficient resources or flexibility in its property management operations to address our fundamental needs. It appeared to be managed from afar with local contractors who were only available during 9-5 business day hours.
