It’s good.
My bookings came with a room that has a balcony, but when I went to check in, they gave me a room with no balcony

La atención del personal y su buena predisposición.
Muy dura la cama, el restaurante está aparte del hotel y es caro, no ponen agua, no ofrecen tour por la ciudad y mucho ruido pues al restaurante puede entrar cualquiera.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable.
It was a little way out from the centre but if you don’t want to walk it’s easy to get a bus or a taxi.
