It was comfortable and the shower was nice. Service was amazing

Confirtable beds, well lit and AC worked great throughout. It was quiet n spacious. Great lobby area and friendly staff. The cleaning maid was a standout!

The shower head was terrible. Maintenance teied cleaning it but it wasnt great. Showers were a nightmare. Hipe it's fixed or changed asao.

Location's not bad, there isn't a huge amount to do at the hotel itself, but there's a restaurant, plus the resort across the road is a good place to go for a drink/feed. Room was clean, bed comfortable, A/C works very well - this is important, thumbs up.

Rooms are not in any way noise proof (in fact they're basically flat pack rooms assembled inside the shell of the building. That was fine, as the other guests weren't noisy, but be aware if they are, you'll hear it (worst I hear was clattering around in the hallway and every word of the conversation out there, so perhaps between rooms the soundproofing is better). Despite advertising free airport transfers both ways, neither were provided. They did arrange for the transfers, but charged a fee - fine, it was around $25 and petrol is expensive atm, hard to argue with that (although advertising free then charging is still poor). What they failed to tell me is that this didn't incude the return, which was pretty awkward as I had no cash to give the driver, through no fault of either of us (thankfully there is an ATM at the airport, so it was easily rectified, but a bit embarassing). First world problem and I don't even care about having to pay for it, just be transparent - the airport shuttle isn't free.
