When arriving at Sharm el Sheikh, the transfer to the hotel only takes 10mins by taxi. I arranged a private return taxi with booking.com and it came to about £8 in total. Great security to get into the resort which makes it safe and secure and is large and spacious and very well kept. There are electric buggies that are driven by hotel staff that can take you to places like reception, entertainment and food areas or back to your room if you find it a little far to go in between. There are 3 pools, the main big pool where they do the poolside entertainment, the relax pool whereas the name suggests you could just relax and the water sports pool. I spent most of my time in the relax pool and there was always a waiter around to help fetch you drinks. Just to note, the main pool has pool bar and is close to main food areas, the relax pool I believe is having a little renovation which looks to be having a swim up bar built so this means there is a short walk to one of the other pools to get a drink or the waiters come round regularly to get your order and the water sports pool is located next to what I would say pool side snack bar where you can have pizza and burgers for lunch which also serves drinks. I stayed in an exec suite which was a complimentary upgrade by the hotel check in staff due to a recent ankle surgery leading to mobility issues and it was absolutely huge. My suite was modern, clean and had everything I needed with mini bar stocked daily. I stayed in block 24 which is on 2 levels but I was on the ground. It took me about 2mins to walk to main restaurant, 20 seconds to walk to free shuttle bus to take you to beach or golf about 2 minutes to walk to relax pool and 5 mins from water sports pool so everything was perfectly situated. I was about a 15-minute walk to reception but I rarely needed to go there and as mentioned, there are buggies being driven around you can jump on.
I mean there were no real negatives at all. More like things I would have changed to make it perfect. The relax pool wasn’t relaxed all the time. You had a guest bringing their own personal Bluetooth speaker and pumping their music across the pool for everyone to hear wether you wanted to listen or not. There is a large pool with flumes and slides but families were taking there young children to relax pool and they were just being children so was hard to relax with them throwing balls, jumping and splashing around where you were laying or chilling in the pool. They should have really been in the kids pool which is designed for them. The beach isn’t easily accessible for people with mobility issues and finally, the shops in the resort are priced quite highly with no price tickets so not sure if you are being charged the right amount or they are just making it up on the spot. For example I needed to get some sun cream and it worked out to be £35 for a bottle. Again this section is what I didn’t like and to be clear, this is me thinking of improvements and in no way a negative.

We stayed in Villa 59. It was really good in terms of size and amenities available. The bus was always available and majority of the time came within 10min to take you to restaurants during meal times. The private pool was clean and as expected.
We had fantastic team of cleaners Mohamed Mohsen and Mohamed Jarir. These guys made the holiday special. No issue was too small or too big for them they really went above and beyond. The driver in the mornings Mohamed Mostafa I think his name is was always so friendly.
The manager Moamen Mostafa was always in touch with me via WhatsApp and checking to make sure everything was fine.
The only slight inconvenience was being taken to the wrong villa on arrival first but this was fixed by the manager Moamen Mostafa immediately who also arranged a late evening meal to be delivered as we arrived very late and also ensured a cot was provided for my small baby straight away.

Lovely staff who work very hard in most areas of the hotel. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a deluxe room which was cozy, bed was comfy and room was massive. Fully assessible for wheelchairs and very close to airport about 12 minutes and to Naama bay and Soho square. Taxi man at the front is also very friendly as are his drivers.
I wouldn't call this place luxury, that's a very misleading title and I don't feel this place offers much more than a standard all inclusive in Sharm. I saw cheaper hotels and went for this as it claimed luxury and wish I had gone for cheaper option as nothing blew me away.
Food was prob the worst all inclusive I have been to although always something to eat. The Turkish restaurant wasn't to my taste, didn't bother with the others.
We had a bit of an issue in our room and while Mohamed tried to help us and had manners, the female manager could do with some customer service training on how to speak to people and how to have compassion as I am disabled with an energy limiting physical disability.
The entertainment work hard and this is perfect for kids as they ran lots throughout the day but very repetitive and the same sound track each day.
Lasty, house keeping were not very good, they didn't do much that's for sure.
I wouldn't return as I would get more for my money else where.
