I enjoyed my stay at swissotel , food is tasty especially Casablanca restaurant experience
Special thanks to Aya from guest relations she followed up with us during the stay and always helpful and cheerful and friendly our experience was better because of her and our children enjoyed too much

From within my heart i must point out the exceptional customer service and hospitality given by the staff , from cleaners to waiters to managers . Words really cant justify enough their exceptional service . May God bless them and bring abundance happiness, health and prosperity among them and their families .
Very aged , must have upgrade , room not cleaned and definitely food service not great . I am deeply sorry to write such thing due to the service given by the staff . I would like one more time to express my gratitude to the staff at adult section but facilities needs improvement and upgrades for the money you pay is not acceptable
