excellent staff - multilingual and very courteous ! They were helpful from the get go - from directions to the property to helping my aged parents and grandma enjoy their stay in hampi - be it requests related to accessibility or regarding food they tried to be as helpful as possible - special mention for Pavan who was managing all the arrangements.
the road leading up to the propery is quite bumpy.

Beautiful location right on the fields. Very nice owner and friendly staff. Very good ambience and food was good. They were very helpful to take care of our requests, atmosphere was fun and lively, host was all time attentive and very friendly and suggested good places to visit. Felt safe and at peace.
Need hot water in room and some fixes required in bathroom. Staff was helpful to provide hot water for bath when asked but would be helpful if available in the bathroom. Not a complaint as the place and people were great. Just a suggestion.

Staff is good and support the guests well. Especially Pawan was of great help and he was very polite and humble and provided great service. He helped arrange transport and also provided useful information about nearby places. Vibe of the place is great (feels like Goa) with good food and hospitality. Surroundings are lush green. The owner, Jay, treated the guests with respect and was quite helpful. He managed the situation with the rooms well and provided good service and was flexible. There was also a live band performance and bonfire on one day. Best place to go with friends.
Cleanliness is something that they really need to work on in the room and also in the premises, spider nets and bugs don't give a pleasant feeling, dim lighting was another issue. The place is not suited for a family trip especially with kids.
