Staff was friendly and supportive. My son was not keeping well during stay because of hyper acidity however staff immediately arranged medicine and arranged for cold milk and ice cream.
Rooms aren't so clean, poor lighting, food is not at all worth the price. Cook doesn't know the recipes of most of the items. Road to this place is not easily accessible. Only one car can pass at a time and lot of pot holes. Bathroom did not have hot water to shower.

The staff was polite
For the amount we spent (INR 4250 per night), we didn't expect No AC, No Hot Water Kettle, a bathroom full of insects in the night and a single towel for 2 people 🥲
We were both under the weather and hence we decided to book this spot which was priced higher than most stays assuming it'll be a comfortable place. While reaching & checking in was easy, we were running a fever and wanted to have a hot cup of water late at night, we requested if we can borrow a hot water kettle, which wasn't available for guests. Honestly we tried buying one the next day, it was only available in the next big town 40kms away. The staff was kind enough to help us with a fever medicine, but it was really difficult to spend two nights in a hot room with no access to hot/ lukewarm water. We actually requested some tea, water early morning from the cafe, but it never came.
While the views are amazing - it's the same for all the spaces around. We wouldn't suggest booking at this price point.
