Myself and three friends were on a motorbike tour around Greece and stayed here for a week or so. It was like being in a luxury resort for us! The views from the balconies (there are three of you include the roof!), the very well appointed kitchen, the simple and secure parking and the very comfy beds all made this place the highlight accommodation of the entire trip!
Just more suggestions than anything else! It would be nice to have some more comfortable chairs on the balcony's, and also maybe some simple folding chairs to bring down to the beach. I think they could really accentuate the beach-related aspect of this listing because it's RIGHT THERE and you basically have it almost entirely to yourself!

Schone woning.
