I grew up in this area, and this house is close to my family, so it was easy to walk over and visit them. You can walk 10 minutes to the main street to eat and get some great treats. The house has a wonderful story, and it was an honor to say I stayed there. The host is a very nice person and very helpful. I have no complaints at all.
The house is over 100 years old. You can't expect everything to go perfectly, but we didn't encounter any issues that made our stay difficult.

Villa storica con più di 100 anni. Il gestore Kostant è gentilissimo ed è stato bellissimo poter trascorrere del tempo con lui e visitare i dintorni. E' una persona di ampia cultura, oltre ad essere un punto di riferimento dell'enologia. Noi non abbiamo potuto farlo ma probabilmente poter bere del vino con lui potrebbe essere un'esperienza unica al mondo per la sua competenza e conoscenza del settore.
La casa è spaziosissima e con arredi ricercati e di alto stile, è come sentirsi ospiti di un amico.

El chalecito está muy bien, las estancias son muy amplias y hay de todo lo necesario, la ubicación es buena para moverse por Nemea y sus alrededores. El anfitrión muy amable, hasta nos llamó para reservar el restaurante cercano y conseguirnos mesa, aunque estaba lleno por ser día festivo.
La bañera del cuarto de baño, estaba muuuuy vieja y deteriorada, daba grima entrar y las cortinas (algo muy poco higiénico) estaban con moho en los bajos. El inodoro tampoco funcionaba muy bien y el agua se quedaba enganchada. La cafetera también tendría que cambiarla, porque no funcionaba bien.

Appartamento affascinante arredato con molto gusto dotato di bellissima terrazza dove poter cenare o fare colazione. Proprietario molto interessante e accogliente.
