Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Haus in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Ruhe war auch ein wesentliches Kriterium für die Auswahl, und die findet man tatsächlich hier. Außer ein paar Vögel sind kaum Geräusche zu hören. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, der Komfort entspricht dem günstigen Preis. Den Schlüssel zum Pool hatte ich nicht gefunden, aber das war mir auch nicht so wichtig. In Summe habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist recht unpersönlich, was offensichtlich in Australien fast überall so ist. Man liest mehr über zusätzliche Kosten, was man einhalten muss und was man nicht darf, anstatt einem herzlichen Willkommen mit Tipps und Empfehlungen. Das dürfte aber offensichtlich an den unterschiedlichen Kulturen (Europa vs. Australien) liegen.

What breakfast?

Appears that they have a second booking agent who lives in British Indian Ocean Territory
As this is where the web site is registered. ( Chagos Archipelago?)This agent, after the booking is made then demands another $300 for a damage deposit which they will take days before you book in then say they'll return it 4 days after departure???
Never experienced this anywhere before.
There was a smell in the under sink cupboard which was putrid.
We closed them for the whole stay. Never saw any staff or had any communication with them at all. No linen change for whole week
Good luck if you can find this place to book in as it's buried in some bamboo jungle with no identifying markers/ signs. We tried to communicate with agent but they told us lies about
'Booking.com rules- not ours'. Then ignored us.
We won't be back.
