Tower Court Motel provided us with a quiet experience with easy access to restaurants, cafes, clubs and pubs.
So close to the water, we enjoyed glorious sunsets with a cool drink.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and spacious, and having a kitchen and dining table made Christmas Day easier. We also really enjoyed the pool.

"Haven" may be a bit of a stretch. This is a pretty standard motel - clean and well-maintained. Don't expect daily servicing of your room as that is not a part of the program.
I was surprised by how small the TV was. It reminded me of my first computer monitor.
Most of the units will have covered parking.
Noise from the street is not a problem but there is a good chance you'll hear your neighbours. If you have a room near the metal stairs you will almost certainly hear the foot-traffic.
The location is reasonably convenient and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go during a three-day stay. There are certainly plenty of good dining options within walking distance.

Tv was silly way to small.99% of motels have 40" or more. Very hard to watch from the bed.
