Super good communication with a team from apartment, very clean and new design from the room.

The room and bathroom were very clean and serviced every day. Very good shower and water pressure. Location was good for Metro, about a 10 minute walk. Size of room reasonable for a city centre. Good WiFi. Not the prettiest area but okay and seemed safe. Kettle, glasses, fridge and microwave were in the room. Bed was comfortable. Enough storage for me, and probably also for 2 people. The lighting was very good, and controllable. Air conditioning unit in room. Breakfast was typical Italian ie coffee and a croissant or similar at a choice of 2 local bars. Owners checked a few times that everything was ok and offered help with bookings if required.
Only one restaurant in immediate vicinity, which was either too full or not open when I wanted to eat.

The Breakfast was relaxing. It was a small cafe, a short walk from the hotel, with very nice staff. It was also open on Sunday morning. Breakfast was a large pastry with coffee.

The place is near the train station and the bus to the airport, which I was travelling on to early the next morning.
As a single female (used to living in London), the area felt unsafe. I had trouble getting into the property, as no-one was answering the buzzer. A WhatApp message about the property had been sent the day before, but it was addressed to someone else, so I had assumed it was spam. The breakfast (as it was a Sunday) was in a kiosk next to a garage (which when checked, had bad reviews), so I skipped breakfast. The fridge in the room was noisy.
