Great value! We needed a one night crash pad due to the impending Trenitalia strike (so we wouldn’t miss out on the rest of our travel itinerary) and we lucked out on this gem. It was conveniently located near the Napoli Centrale stazione, clean, and comfortable. The host was very communicative and gave us great instructions to the property and for the check in process.
Just the neighborhood itself is pretty sketchy and I probably wouldn’t stay in this general area as a single female traveler but as a couple we were fine. The property itself felt very safe and was gated so I appreciated that. Not a whole to eat around there but we eventually found someplace yummy.

Nice, welcoming host who responded to our communications in a timely manner. The room inside is spacious although we had a bunk bed and a double bed, instead of the sofa bed as pictured. Nonetheless, the beds were comfortable.
There is a cake and coffee bar cabinet in the hallway outside the room, as well as a small kitchenette inside the apartment.
The gate to the apartment is in a small side street from another side street near the main central station, so you could miss it at first when you're trying to find the place.
Utensils, cutlery and pans are provided in the kitchenette, although only had bowls and plates provided enough for three people in a room and family of four.
The shower was not the most powerful and the water was hot at the beginning but it quickly became lukewarm.

Building and entrance was nice. Location did not match the location/address when you enter it into the Google maps. We had a terrible time finding it. By the time we did, nothing was open food wise.
Location not correct.
