The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The self check-in process was easy, with clear instructions provided via email and excellent communication throughout our stay.
We were visiting family, so the hotel’s location was perfect for us. It was very central and convenient for getting around.

Bin not emptied . It was overflowing.
Sleep not great due to road noise
Never saw a member of staff so quite scary.
No details about the hotel so we couldn't find the breakfast room at first. Found it day 2 but it was never open .
No local area information and nobody to ask.
Bed wasn't comfortable and the pillow was flat
No storage. 4 coat hangers on a bar. No draws
Very small shower but the bathroom was a good size
