River Cottage is a beautiful property set in idyllic surroundings near to the river. It’s spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’ll need, the shower is wonderful and the beds extremely comfortable. There were lovely touches like fresh milk and biscuits left and a wee vase of freshly picked daffodils. Christine telephoned on arrival, she was very welcoming, and was available for any queries throughout our stay. The cottage is around 5 minutes drive from Turriff, or about a 40 minute walk along the river and golf course.

The setting of the cottage was beautiful, lots of space for the kids to run riot outside. Catherine came and introduced herself and was lovely had a little fire going for us arriving
