Proximity to Matrimandir visitors centre .
The swimming pool was a good size to do laps and reasonably clean.
The food was excellent quality.
The bed was comfortable.
Staff were all friendly.
When we first arrived we were told by the receptionist that we didn’t have a booking under our name . He then proceeded to show me on his computer a list of visitors they were expecting on the day which I was not interested in. I had to show him our confirmation email from booking.com and after that he was able to allocate a room. No apology from him . As the Reception is the first point of contact care should be taken in their handling of visitors arriving. The subsequent service was good.
2 water bottles provided one of which had a rusted cap from the inside.
The water filter outside the kitchen had bits floating inside and was also rusted from the exterior .
The sofa in the room looked dirty reupholstery could freshen the look.
Maintenance of the pool could be improved by fishing out flowers and dead insects by long handled pool nets.
No shampoo provided .

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—felt very pampering. The pool and garden were beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe. It was genuinely a lovely place to stay, and I felt really good being there.
The only downside for me was the breakfast. The selection felt quite limited, and it wasn’t very clear what the options were or how to order. There were no menus, which made it a bit confusing. I think this is an area that could definitely be improved.
