I loved the location! I wouldn’t be walking late at night by myself as a woman but def during the day!! There’s a canes, a target, a cvs and many more local places!
I also love how GOOODD the AC worked. I’ve stayed in so many places but this was just the best AC wise. They also have a sleep sound speaker next to the bed which I’m considering buying for myself :)! It’s a 20 min ride from the grove, 15 min from Hollywood, an hour from airport because of traffic etc! You can also see the Hollywood sign a little from the room’s window:)
I have nothing bad to say about it! It’s such a cute place and worth money!
I changed my mind!! I do think the windows need a little bit of cleaning but it wasn’t the end of the world lol. Just something I noticed ;)

Spacious room, view and a lot of complimentary goods. Pretty good and fast customer support but only before checking out.
You have to be 21 to book and it is not clearly stated when booking. (Even though we are both legal adults in the US)
The code they provided after checking out to access luggage storage did not work, without an another guest's help we wouldn't have been able to get our suitcases.

- The big room and conplementary water and cookies
- They didnt deliver the pack and play babycrib for our baby although we agreed upon Arrival and didnt solve the issue when we adressed it.
- they didnt had lockers/storage available for our luggage. Looks like they rent it out via an app. More travelers where stuck there waiting with there luggage..
- the staffmember who gave us his number, wasnt reachable.
