Excellent location - close to the old town by foot and very close to tapas, restaurants and markets.

Excellent location - close to the town centre at a walkable distance. The facilities were great and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was spacious to our needs.

As it was rather hot when we stayed in mid-spring, the lack of air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms did make the stay rather uncomfortable especially during the evening where the heat would subside in the room.

BEDBUGS

Avevamo prenotato questo appartamento dal 4 al 7 settembre per un soggiorno in famiglia. Il nostro volo è arrivato a Siviglia nella notte tra il 4 e il 5 settembre, la struttura era stata avvisata. Siamo arrivati nell'appartamento intorno alle 2:30. Poco dopo, in una delle camere, abbiamo notato un insetto che camminava sulla parete vicino al letto. Inizialmente non gli abbiamo dato particolare importanza, finché ho iniziato a sentire delle punture. Controllando il letto abbiamo scoperto la presenza di CIMICI DA LETTO (BEDBUGS). Abbiamo immediatamente tolto tutte le nostre cose dalla camera e ci siamo spostati in soggiorno. Nel frattempo anche i familiari che dormivano nella camera con i letti a castello si sono alzati perché il caldo rendeva molto difficile dormire. Nell'appartamento sono presenti due split dell'aria condizionata, uno in un'altra camera e uno in soggiorno, ma l'aria fresca non raggiunge la camera con i letti a castello.

Alle 04:17 abbiamo contattato il gestore inviando numerose foto e video che documentavano la situazione. Ho atteso la mattina per consentirgli di rispondere. Alle 09:29, non avendo ancora ricevuto una soluzione, ho scritto nuovamente chiedendo assistenza. La risposta è stata che sarebbe stata inviata la squadra delle pulizie per cambiare la biancheria e disinfettare. Dopo aver trascorso una notte in un letto con cimici, non ritenevamo questa soluzione sufficiente e abbiamo quindi chiesto un'altra sistemazione oppure il rimborso. Abbiamo inoltre provato a contattare telefonicamente il gestore diverse volte senza ricevere risposta. Tutta la comunicazione è avvenuta tramite chat. Intorno alle 13:00, dopo un nostro ulteriore sollecito, il gestore ci ha infine comunicato che avremmo potuto richiedere il rimborso tramite Booking.com. Abbiamo quindi contattato Booking e lasciato definitivamente l'appartamento lo stesso giorno. Booking ha tentato di mettersi in contatto con la struttura per gestire la richiesta. La cancellazione gratuita è stata rifiutata e, al momento in cui scrivo questa recensione, non abbiamo ottenuto il rimborso richiesto perché il gestore non risponde e Booking non può procedere. Trovo particolarmente grave non solo aver trovato cimici da letto nell'alloggio, ma anche la gestione successiva del problema: nessuna sistemazione alternativa, nessuna risposta alle nostre telefonate e nessuna soluzione concreta che ci permettesse di continuare il soggiorno. Abbiamo pagato una prenotazione di tre notti e siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l'appartamento già il giorno successivo. Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Non avremmo mai potuto continuare a soggiornare in un appartamento in queste condizioni. Carico su Booking le foto, ma ho diversi video degli insetti che passeggiano sul letto, sono visibili solo quelli grandi ma nuturalmente erano presenti insetti molto più piccoli non visibili con nelle foto.

bardzo fajnie usytuowane mieszkanie, blisko do supermarketu, blisko do centrum na nogach, nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu a parking pod blokiem był bezpłatny, miło ze strony gospodarza ponieważ po przyjedzie mieliśmy zimna wodę w lodówce. bardzo wygodne łóżka, na pewno wrócilibyśmy do tego mieszkania
