Loved the luxury after trekking for 11 days.
Nothing really. The reception was sometimes a bit impatient. Just not used to that in New Zealand. We are a pretty friendly lot.

Location was lovely and room was good .
Service was friendly and helpful.
The price of the room was far too high compared with what was available within the hotel had we negotiated directly .For example ,I paid 250.00 Euros a night for what was billed as a suite ,but was actually only about 20% larger than the regular rooms which were being sold at between 70 and 110 Euros per night .There was no justification for charging well over double for the slight extra space and large roof terrace .
