Rooms were big, quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was lovely, a lot of good restaurants nearby.
Not much options for breakfast. Hotel is nice, but not as perfect as it seems in the pictures. (obviously this is just my opinion)

The location was very convenient. The facility was beautiful and the view from the swimming pools and balconies was amazing.
The price was acceptable and very nice people at the reception.
The cleaning staff was very bad. This hotel is nice only to spend one or two nights, more is not advised. The cleaning of the rooms is done only once, at the very beginning. There is no sufficient toilet paper and there are no change of the towels (sometimes the receptionist tries to bring everyone towels, even though is not her job.
On the second night at the hotel (I booked 4 nights), I got sick with food poisoning symptoms. I was awake all night and the sheets and toilette got dirty.
I explained the situation in the next morning and asked for a cleaning lady to change the sheets and clean the bathroom, I asked 3 times for the cleaning service. No one came.
I had to sleep on dirty sheets and with a bathroom smelling like sickness for 2 nights. My family had to have those conditions as well, because no one came to clean.
On the last day, the owner heard of what happened and was sorry. He offered us to stay for one more night for free to make it up, which was really nice and made me rate higher than I initially thought to.
However, until the cleaning staff is not improved I highly advise only short stays in this hotel.
