Personal was polite and friendly, gave suggestions about the places for dinner, offered to use refrigerator in the bar area because there was no refrigerator in the room. Nice that we got a room with lake view.
Parking cost was not included into the price. Iron and hair dryer was provided after request. Bed very small for 2 people, would be good to have available additional bedsheet/blanket in room and empty glasses. No light in balcony.

Beautifully located and remodeled. On the top floor of the building with amazing sunsets peaking through every window. Everywhere you look you out into beautiful Albanian landscape and the space is so thoughtfully laid out. Feels like a pent house but with such a charming homelike appeal thanks to the lovely Gledis. She was beyond accommodating and such a wonderful host. We felt truly welcome and are so grateful for such a lovely stay.
I guess you could say it’s far from the city center (15 min walk). But for us that was a plus, not too loud and I love a walk after a meal downtown.

Owners were friendly. The room was clean and it offered great views over the lake. We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Having a fast internet was a bonus

Just an amazing stay! Super clean room, very beautiful views, good location, parking available, very newly renovated hotel and the most important the owners were super friendly, kind and respectful nice people. Price and quality was more than perfect
