Ocean front condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach.
Newly renovated ground floor direct beach access condo with 4 bedrooms (3 King beds + 3 Twin beds) and 4.5 bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.
This luxury condominium has the white sand and turquoise sea right at its doorstep. The unit has been completely remodeled in 2019 with fine furnishings, high end bedding, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, fiber optic cable TV with the widest variety of HBO.
The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pack 'n play and high chair available upon request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

When they say steps from the beach. They are underselling the location. It is as beachfront as you can be! The location to groceries, restaurants, and the convenience store across the street are beyond helpful. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, and a child on our trip and we ate at the condo for 3 of the 4 nights. I could not have asked for more or better.

Better than we expected. Will definitely be back. We rented a car for quick trips to the grocery store but it wasn’t really necessary. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Our condo was right on the beach. Could walk out the door and you’re on the beach. AMAZING!! Perfect for two families of 4. We will be back!!!

Absolutely amazing property, we were 10 ladies celebrating milestone birthday, enough space for everyone , close to restaurants & bar. We are already looking to book our stay next year with the family.
