My son has been at Brown University the past 4 years and we have traveled to Providence many times (30 to 40) - This was the BEST rental we have had!Highlights:- Spacious Paved Parking - We drove a 15 passenger van and parking was easy- HUGE kitchen - My son played football for Brown and I love having his teammates over for a meal- Large Bedrooms - Spaces to get away, each had a desk, my wife was working remotely part of the trip and this worked out really well for her (comfy beds were an added bonus)- Open floorplan - Lots of space if traveling with a group, we had my father in-law and 2 kids, the living space was very accommodating. We also had my son, 6 of his teammates and their parents over for pizza and it never felt crowded.- Location - Walking distance to Federal Hill, I married an Italian and it's her favorite place in Providence - Easy drive to campus or downtown, plenty of Ubers as well- Clean - Everything is spotless - Inside and out- The Host - Kevin is a great guy! Communication was top notch. We arrived early and he allowed us early access to the property. My son left his new shoes in the rental and Kevin shipped them to us.My only regret is not finding Kevin's property 4 years ago. We would have been regulars.

Nicely updated. Spacious. Very clean. Comfortable beds, two parking spots and really good water pressure in shower.

The rental was spotless! The bedrooms were large! The living space was open and there was plenty of parking and the location was perfect. Kevin was very responsive and kind! I loved the condo so much I asked him if they have any 1 bedrooms because I’m there once a year!

Need more TP . The flood light lite up the back room way to much. You need more pans in the kitchen.
