We have a beautiful home with custom furniture, providing a first-class guest experience we want to preserve. We have video surveillance on the house's entry to ensure guests adhere to this policy. All guests will be removed from the premises immediately, and a $3,000 fee will be charged to the renter. No smoking inside the home. Please be respectful of this house rule. We often have back-to-back bookings and need to ensure that our new guests arrive to a non-smoking environment. If you smoke inside the home, a $500 fine will be applied.
